Ish-TondaIsh & Tonda Payne

Executive Directors

Ish and Tonda Payne, as builders and trainers, have been involved in teaching and ministering “Redemptive Resolution” for many years. Redemptive Resolution is effectively dealing with those issues that are blocking your full potential to “Be all that God intends you to be!” Ish also describes Redemptive Resolution as simply “lining up your heart with the heart or word of God.” Their training and experience have included many modalities around the theology of physical healing and inner healing, coupled with prophetic evangelism and intercessory prayer.

Their heart is to build and train every believer to be ‘Empowered by His Spirit’, ‘Experience the life of His Word’, and ‘Walk Out’ daily the admonition of the Lord to open the prison doors and set the captive free. Ish, an ordained pastor, has authored three life changing books and has traveled extensively over the last many years seeing God bring healing and freedom to many lives. See the Testimonies page for some exciting confirmations of the ministry of Redemptive Resolution.

Through many life experiences Ish and Tonda have seen that the life and testimony of Christ must be lived out in the world, hence Marketplace Ministry, which is the ministry sphere of influence that each of us has.

Ish and Tonda are strong advocates of the local church understanding that each of us, as believers, needs to be in a ‘therapeutic covenant relationship’ which in itself promotes wholeness and health.

Elevation Church, a dynamic move of God in the Charlotte, NC area, is home church for Ish and Tonda where they are delighted to serve in various capacities as ‘core team’ leaders.

John-PamJohn & Pam Shergur

Chaplains

John and Pam have spent many years in Christian service. They have ministered both to the Body of Christ as well as ministry to the lost. Their inspiration is Isaiah 61 as they have a passion to minister the life of the Holy Spirit to the brokenhearted, poor, captive, bound, and those who mourn.

They have experienced the wonder of the Lord in their own lives by receiving beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, praise for heaviness, and the righteousness of God.

In all things it is their desire to bring glory to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Their ministry includes community outreach, women’s ministry, prison ministry, youth ministry, and children’s ministry. They flow in the gifts of the Spirit bringing freedom to the captives.

KateKate Stahlman

Co-Founder

Kate, co-founder and executive director of the Ellie Project joins RHM with a diverse and exciting background in both business and ministry. She grew up as part of the Wycliffe Bible Translators serving in Papua New Guinea; seeing and experiencing first hand the transforming power of the Risen Lord Jesus to save, heal and deliver.

For the past ten years Kate, a mother of five daughters, has passionately cried out for the desperate, dying, trapped and hopeless victims of human sex trafficking. She knew she was called to ‘stand’ in the darkness with the sword of the Spirit in one hand and the shield of faith in the other and with her feet firmly planted bringing the gospel of peace.

Her strong anointing of the Holy Spirit, her understanding and working of the gifts of the Spirit, along with her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy are being used to bring freedom and His abundant life to the victims of slavery.

DebbieDebbie Hancock

Co-Founder

Ministering to people comes naturally to Debbie and her experience includes many years of mentoring teenagers and training them in the ways of the Lord. She knows what the wounds of the 'soul' are from experience, but she has walked through Redemptive Resolution, and is partnering with others to bring them to a place of joy and peace.

She is a gifted prophetic intercessor who has learned to 'Stand in the Gap' and on 'The Wall' for the hurting and wounded, not only in the church, but more importantly in the 'Marketplace'. Her life experiences combined with her training make her a valuable minister and associate of Restoring Hearts Ministry.

She is married to Chris Hancock, an RN, who is very involved in medical missions to the earthquake ravaged country of Haiti. Chris and Debbie have three delightful children all serving the Lord! Debbie is currently serving as a prayer team leader for over 50 people at Elevation Church, responsible for their training as well as leadership development.
